A free and simple P90X Excel Workout Sheet made to keep track of our performance during workouts. It's a simple excel sheet following 5 workout routines. You can easily fill in how many reps you did and the weights.

Instructions:

1. Download:

2. Print each page and staple

3. Keep the paper next to your workout spot to write down reps and weights
